About Flow

The team behind The HIIT Fit Project presents an all-encompassing fitness escape in the archipelago of the Philippines. Immerse yourself in a truly unique fitness regime in some of the most beautiful islands in the world. ‘Flow’ fitness retreat stays true to its holistic approach to getting people fighting fit and looking good doing it; balancing the principles of high intensity interval training through boxing and athletics with stretching and yoga.

The retreat gives you the opportunity to heal your body, calm your mind reinvigorate your spirit. Take a trip with us as we island hop around some of the most iconic of Philippines’ 7000+ islands, making full use of what the Philippines has to offer. From powdery white sandy beaches, snorkelling and waterfall experiences, to ziplining, canyoneering and giant inflatable obstacle courses. There’s an activity for all to enjoy!

Puerto Princesa

Private Island hopping day tours. Enjoy a relaxing day tour around the picturesque islands in Honda Bay, where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. Beach volleyball for fitness then a few refreshing fruit smoothies (or cocktails!) on the beach to relax.

Boracay

A top destination known for some of the best beaches in the world. You’ll find a lot of home comforts built up specifically for tourists. Expect more morning workouts, runs, boxing and yoga. Tucked away behind the beachfront is an old school outdoor boxing gym where you’ll experience rustic training regime. However, Boracay is also home to many bars and beach clubs. A great way to finish off the adventure!

Cebu

One of the biggest islands in the Philippines. Hidden away is the beautiful Kawasan Falls. Trek up to the source of the waterfalls then climb and dive your way down to the basin (canyoneering) or simply relax by the refreshing turquoise waters of the falls.

 
 
 
 

What to Expect

Joining the retreat you will be part of a very unique experience, combining all the elements of fitness and healthy living with an idyllic tropical getaway. Indulge yourself in local cuisine from exotic fruits to freshly caught seafood.

 
 

Morning Training

Start the day right with some morning cardio and stretching. High intensity interval training, morning runs and gym based group session followed by stretching. All before breakfast. Earn the most important meal of the day!

Boxing

The bread and butter fitness activity of the project. Led by the team for most of the trip, expect to be putting in work with boxing training and boxing based workouts.

 
 

Relaxation

Finish the day with tranquillity. After a hard day’s training, unwind with some yoga and a massage. Re-hydrate yourself with freshly picked coconuts while you relax by the pool, catch the sunset and ready yourself for tomorrow’s adventure!
